Above C-Level Consulting started in 2004. It was originally known as M&M Enterprises. We enjoy fixing things that are broken and making a difference with everything we touch. We realized early on that if you correct as you go and always do what’s in the best interest of the company, things have a natural way of balancing correctly with a little fine-tuning. The key is paying attention to problem areas and making adjustments along the way.
The focus of consulting was performing in-progress testing phase inspections and data audits according to Good Laboratory Practice regulations to determine LD50 for toxicology study submissions to EPA and FDA. In 2008, requirements for study submissions changed along with the downturn of the economy. This caused a change in focus and delivery for the business.
Business analytics was added in hopes to diversify the consulting platform. Focus was developed to assist organizations with improving processes and efficiencies to reduce FTEs and improve profitability through standardization and lean methodologies during process execution.
During the Business Analytics process, gaps in IT support, service, and planning became evident. Managing and aggregating information to improve efficiency is essential in a profitable organization. Teaching clients how to effectively manage information by adding the right software and applications and choosing the right resources to perform business functions decreased costs and increased revenue for their organizations.
Interim Leadership was a natural offering because it came with the package anyway. We realized that organizations need assistance with selection of new leaders that are the right fit. Maintaining organizational order during the selection process was critical in order to enable projects and programs to accelerate during the implementation of an organization’s strategy and attainment of business objectives.
